Employees are an organization’s greatest asset and this begins with occupational health. When the people carrying out the work and representing the organization are depleted, that will be reflected in the organization’s services and products. When employees are supported in maintaining their health and that of their family, their workloads and each other, work becomes more satisfying and production will be of higher quality. Healthy organizations require healthy people.

We provide objective, evidence-based independent medical assessment services to Employers and Insurers. Our extensive, vetted roster of experts across Ontario has all disciplines covered. Conflicts of interest are screened to ensure no prior doctor-patient relationship before engaging in a comprehensive document review, history, and clinical examination of the evaluee.
Insurer Examinations are predominantly desired by insurers who are attempting to make evidence-based decisions on files, claims, and/or specific benefits.
The expert can provide a detailed opinion about an evaluee’s physical, functional, and/or mental status while providing meaningful opinions on issues such as causation, pre-existing issues, current impairment, and rehabilitation needs.

FCEs are predominantly desired when evaluating an injured person’s functional capabilities in relation to work demands. Meanwhile, the Physical Demands Analysis (PDA) itself serves to outline all physical, environmental, and cognitive demands for a job. These assessments are performed by qualified registered evaluators.
These evaluations are predominantly requested when evaluating an injured person’s functional capabilities in relation to work demands, determining job match, or recommending a return to work accommodations.
Job Site Assessments and Physical Demands Analyses may involve:
